Celebrating 40 years and the Schlitterbaun

We had a great time in New Braunfels over the weekend. We celebrated Granny and Grandaddy being married for 40 years! On Saturday we went to the Schlitterbaun with all the cousins! Savannah had the best time of her life and cant wait to go back. We are so thankful for great family.

Mt Hermon trip!

We has such a great time at Mt. Hermon. Its hard to believe we were there for 6 days because it just flew by. We were all in the same room together with a little divider. It was interesting getting the girls to sleep next to each other, especially b/c Lexi Ann got sick half way through the trip. The view was breath taking with all the tall trees and mountains. We were a 5 minute drive to the beach in Santa Cruz which we went to twice. The other days, we did the ropes course and zip line! Even Savannah did the zip line!! The speakers were incredible. Our favorite was Tim Lundy from Little Rock. He also happened to be our neighbor there and one time when I was locked out of the room, he jumped over his balcony to ours to come open the door!! Crazy preacher!!! :) We loved his life stories and he is at the same "stage" as us as far as having little kids and all the things that go along with that! We also loved listening to Charley Dyer from Moody Bible. Some of his messages were truly life changing! We are so thankful that we were able to go. It was so wonderful being with family too. We love hanging out and even eating in the cafeteria everyday, because we are together. There are so many of us now, we cant all fit at the same table! What I love most about going to California is the relaxation and everyone just adjusting to what we have to do there. Its just part of it and we all just go with the flow, even the baby!

Savannah's first haircut at 3!!!

Yes she finally got a haircut! I cant believe that she is 3 years old and its her first one. She thought it was really cool being up in the chair and Sonia was playing beauty shop with her!
