4th of July at Nana and Papa's

We had a great time going down to Nana and Papa's for the 4th. The Rodgers came too which was great getting to visit! We put the kids down and just talked for awhile, which is rare! It rained a bit and we had to move our picnic inside, but it was still great fun!

Lexi Ann's first step!!

Lexi Ann took her first step on July 1st! We were so excited for her and cheered loudly as she stuck the landing. She is the cutest thing!!

Davids trip to Scottsdale!

David was sooo excited to play 4 rounds of golf in Scottsdale with his brother Jimmy and their Dad. They had a great time despite the record heat!! David here....this was an incredible trip despite the 116 degree first day. Two of us took it like men (I'll let you figure out the 'other' guy). Very challenging courses but a perfect 'desert golf' experience. We saw more wildlife than we ever thought we would see which, along with the surrounding landscape, made each round that much more fun. Dad struggled with rounds of 75-76-75-76!!! Poor Dad. Jimmy and I.......well, we played too. All in all, it was a great trip and made even better in the fact that we got to go on it together.
